A friend invited me to a jungle camping trip and hence I needed to buy a water filter for outdoor activities. I decided to visit OGM and see what they have that I can use. Turns out they have some really cool filters that I can use for both my camping trip and possible for my preppers kit as well.
If you are prepping in Malaysia, you need to know ways of storing water. Those who work and live in Klang Valley especially knows water disruptions and rationing all too well. The weather, particularly the rain cycle is somewhat all messed up. On top of that, we are still cutting down trees and turning important water catchment areas into development projects. The population keeps increasing, hence the demand for clean water too. So…how do you store water as a prepper?
This is my new (used) US army water canteen/ mug system I am currently using for my bug out bag setup. I have been working on my bug out kit for some time now. Still in the works and I have not really perfected it. I guess it will forever be a work in progress. The water bottle system (that’s what I prefer to call it) is an important part of the kit. I can only last 3 days (technically) without water. So, having a system to procure, purify and to contain water is important to me. Here is a recent water bottle system I got recently.
